Jeff Galloway & Run Disney!

I was asked by the folks over at Run Disney to share a few of Jeff Galloway's training videos with you. While I don't specifically follow his plan, I do occasionally take walk breaks when needed to help me from overdoing it. There will be 4 videos total, one each week. Here is week 1....

Run – Walk – Run Method
The Jeff Galloway Run – Walk – Run method has helped thousands of runners get started.  By alternating running with walking you conserve energy, reduce fatigue, reduce injuries and run farther.  How fast do you need to run and walk?  Once you decide your minute per mile goal, you adjust your run – walk pace accordingly.  Let’s get training.

I strictly follow the Jeff Galloway method. Love it, couldn't do a single mile without it (okay, maybe a mile or two without it, but I wouldn't want to). Thanks for sharing the videos.

I actually saw this once before, and he has a great method for endurance. i will be sure to use this method for my first marathon in February.

Yes, the MA Danskin Tri. Maybe we'll have to meet up for a run or a ride this summer. :-)
