Made it home!

Just a quick post today to let you know I made it home from the Bahamas!
After a long day of traveling (mostly just sitting for 13 hours in an airport or on a plane), I couldn't wait to get my butt moving and got in an hour long trainer ride today while catching up on Grey's Anatomy.

Don't worry I plan on working on my race recap to have part 1 up tomorrow. Hopefully after the 8 mile or so run I'd like to get in. Can't wait to fill you in!

Hey Stephanie...that's a GREAT race photo!! Congrats on your accomplishments, and I look forward to hearing more about your upcoming training!! I just started my blog and have just been reading others for motivation and direction. Yours is great! These stories are an inspiration to me as I patiently wait to recover from hip surgery...can't wait to get back out on the road!!

Welcome back. I, for one, missed you!

What an awesome photo - such a well earned medal!

Ummmm, so 8 milse tomorrow? I thought you were suppose to rest 1 day for every mile raced so that's a good 26 days off from running . . . so . . . the fact you feel ready/able to do 8 miles MUST mean that you are feeling great AND that your knee is strong enough to do it. WOO!!!!!!! HOO!!!!!!!
