Rock N Roll Providence is only 3 days away!
My speedwork run today went great. My concern is I think I may have pulled my hip flexor while working with a patient today. I'm hoping that a little ice, and watching it at bootcamp tomorrow will keep anything serious away.

I've been trying to be good on nutrition this week, but tonight we cancelled our ride after a ridiculous day at work, and a chance of showers. Instead, the roomie and I hit Chili's for fajitas, then the local ice cream shop for a sweet treat. At least I have bootcamp tomorrow!

Hope your hip feels better! I'm sorry it's feeling cranky so close to your race. You're going to crush the race.

I'm doing the Rock n Roll Chicago the week after you do Providence and I'm going to make a tutu - I was hoping to use your post as my guide but i can't find it - do you happen to have the link handy? Shhhh, my tutu is a secret (from my running partner and the girl I'm meeting in Chi-town). Thanks!
