busy week.
My workouts have been lacking, my personal life is rocky, and I haven't been eating well. Work has been busy, I've been lazy, and in a yucky mood. I've decided to join Weight Watchers at work. Doing it by myself is not cutting it right now. Hopefully with the push to not be the only coworker not losing weight, I will buckle down and really commit to losing weight.
sorry for the lack of posting , but no workouts = nothing exciting to report.
Crossing my fingers to get back on track with a run tomorrow!

I'm glad you posted - wondered how things were going for you. Hope the WW at work will help you - sounds like a really good way to be accountable. Can't wait to hear how it goes for you. Hope your life calms and you feel more in control of things like your eating and workouts!!! Hang in there chica!!!
Sorry things aren't going well lately. I've been struggling with my workouts lately too :( Hopefully we'll both be back on track soon :)

It's great having a support group around you at work! I find that I eat my worst at work! Hah! Hope you have a great run!
