Short post.
I'm tired.
I've been doing well with tracking my points, but not about my workouts. I managed a killer run on tuesday. Speedwork where I felt comfortable, and was able to even increase the speed at the end. No unauthorized rest breaks, I just killed it. Skipped the pool again today. Have I mentioned that I haven't swam since my race? Not sure why I am avoiding it, but I need to be getting my strength training in at least. Tomorrow is a run day, sweet!
