I need a hydration pack because I am terrible at drinking on the run and tend to get dehydrated. I think I would rock if I kept up with the hydrating!! :)
I like the Wrist ID Slim - no bulk!
Toesocks strengthen legs and feet! Who knew?
Favorite Larabar? Peanut butter chocolate chip - hands down!
Happy Birthday, I am a happy follower :)
I would love the slim wrist ID!
I love anything peanut butter so I would love to try to Peanut Butter Cookie LARABAR.
I "like" you on facebook! :)
Happy Birthday Stephanie!! Hope you had a wonderful day. This is a fantastic giveaway. I visited Allied Steel and I love the Always Earned Never Given medal hangar.
I follow you!

I like the simple "Runner" medal holder.
I would looooove the Avila. Totally would make my week!
Coconut cream pie!!!
I'm a follower!
I left a Facebook post for you.
I visited Allied Steel and I like the products, but I'm not sure any of them are really me. I'd probably go minimalist with just the hang bar, or maybe try to think of a custom word.
I have a hydration vest, and I'm sure a hydration pack would offer the same benefits. I don't like carrying a handheld for long runs over about 15 miles and I can never get a waist pack to sit right on my hips. With a hydration pack, I'd be hands free but still have all the water and fuel I need to keep me going.
I like the Wrist ID Slim.
I learned that toe socks can help strengthen muscles in the foot and leg... that's pretty awesome!
All the Larabar flavors sound so good, it's hard to pick just one... I guess I'll say the banana bread!
I tweeted about the giveaway.

I love the always earned, never given medal hanger.
I just started trail running. I would love to have the hydrapack to keep my hydrated out on the trails!
I love the slim id from road id. simple enough to wear almost all the time.
I love the toe socks. I"ve actually wanted to try these for awhile. A few of my toes run one another and I think these might just to the trick to eliminate that and blisters.
Peanut butter and Jelly larabars are my favorite!

A hydrapak would be great for long runs during training so I don't have to stop for water or carry bulky bottles.
I follow you via email.
The toe socks are made to keep feet dry yet cool. My right big toe pokes holes in all of the socks I wear. I wonder if the 5 toe design of these socks would help eliminate that strange phenomenon somehow.
It's so darn difficult to pick a favorite Larabar. I really love the cashew cookie bar as well as the coconut cream pie bar.
I tweeted the giveaway.
I like the wrist ID slim
I follow your blog. Happy Birthday

I like the Think Strong, Be strong Finish strong medal holder
I think a hydration pack would help me get my fluids in during a long run or trail run
I would try the shoe iD from Road ID
I learned that the Injinji socks help prevent blisters and actually help to strengthen muscles
I love the Larabar and the PB and J ones
I love the "my race bling" from allied metal-I have been on the hunt for a medal hanger for quite some time, and these are great!
The shoe pouch ID, what a great idea--keeps you safe and holds your key!
The hydration pack would save me time--right now I drive my course first, set water bottles out in ditches (I live way out in the country), go for my run, then drive to pick up my empty bottles!!
Happy Birthday!

My Allied Medal hanger is full which means I need a new one! lol I would choose the "Believe" or "Nothing is Impossible" hanger.
My favorite LaraBar is the Peanut Butter Cookie and the Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip! I love PB!! :0)

I'd love to try a pair of toe socks to see if it would help with blisters.

I follow you on Facebook! I would love an Allied Medal sign that says nothing is impossible.
New addition to following your blog!!
Allied Steel - wow this stuff is soo cool! I liked this one the best - My Race Bling with stars
Hydration Pack would be great in my 'newbie' running journey... I have only done a few 5K's, so having a pack for when I start running 10K's or even dare I say Half Marthons.. :)
Have to agree with Karen!
Favorite LaraBar is the Peanut Butter Cookie and the Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip
Interesting aspect of having Toesocks that strengthen legs and feet?
facebook - following :)
Love/Follow your blog, think you're awesome :) Hope 30 is your best year yet!!
I follow on facebook! (which is good because otherwise I would've forgotten about your bday giveaways!)
Just saw that Allied Steel has a LOUISVILLE medal hanger - how awesome!~ I'd love to hang my DerbyFestival medals from that baby!!
LIke a lot of other people I think the Hydrapak would really help keep me drinking during longer runs. I *hate* holding things while I run so voila, there's a great solution!
Didn't necessarily learn it from the Iniji website BUT I was just looking into Iniji because of my horrible blister problems. Giving each toe a little sock of its own is great for cutting down friction
+1 for whoever said peanutbutter cookie larabars - yumyumyum
Shared your awesome giveaway on the blog (sidebar) :)
The Allied Steel hangers are supercool! I'd love a personalized hanger with my best bud's last name on it, to give as a gift. Cheers!
A Hydrapak would be great for Tough Mudder training!
The Road ID Vintage T-Shirts are screamingly cool. Perfect design and color. :)
I learned that Injinji makes compression toesocks! Their Performance Series is graduated in pressure from the ankle to the calf to enhance circulation and ease muscle recovery. I'd love to try a pair so they're going on my wish. :)
I think Apple Pie would be my favorite. Cheers!
I follow you on Facebook.
I would love the shoe ID. Would be perfect for my shoe.
I love "My Race Bling" with the stars from Allied Metal Hangers. I could use another one, mine is getting too full.
Hmmm, something I learned about the toe socks eh? That these are good at wicking away moisture and boy is that important. No one likes a blister :-)
I really like the E-lite Vest. I feel like something small while I am running wouldn't get in the way which would be nice. I'm always having problems carrying water.
I follow you via email!
Lara bars have PB AND J? Omg. So excited!
for allied Steel I think I would use the word Believe. I love the quote 'she belived she could so she did' so its a nod to that.
I live where there are no potty stops on my runs, nothing. So a hydration pack would really save me on the hot days where I almost always get dehydrated. I just hate hand helds and there is no other way for me to get fluids!
Shoe ID baby, all the way! I love that it would just be on there, not a thought, and I would be safe.
I didnt realize toe socks helped with blisters. Im a QUEEN of losing tonails- I have 2 MIA right now. Both because of a crazy blister situation. Id love to try the socks and keep my nails!
I love the Wrist ID Slim by RoadID. I wear mine everywhere.
I love the PB&J Larabars.

Like your fb page and left you some birthday love!
I'd love to get the Allied Display that says Half Fanatics and have it personalized to include my HF number
A Hydrapak would make it a lot easier to go hiking with Allan and the dogs and be able to do more trail running as a family.
I like the Wrist ID slim from Road ID. Our dogs both have the Scout ID and we love them!
I love several Larabars but my first favorite was the Coconut Cream Pie!
I had no idea Injiji uses CoolMax fabric in their socks.

New follower (and fellow TC). Happy birthday!!!!!!!!!
A hydration pack would mean I could run further than 5 miles before I turn around to come home and refill my handheld water bottle (which, let's be honest, sometimes means my long runs end up being only 10 miles!).
I've been drooling over Allied Steel medal hangers for awhile- my husband and I need one that says His and Hers since we run together often.
I love my Road ID (the sport), but would love a new style like the Slim ID!
Ininji = no blisters between toes! YAY!
I would love the "Challenge Your Limits" hangar. I never got to run my first half marathon last year due to injury, but I decided not to give up and now will be attempting my first again in March. See that hangar waiting for it's first medal would be wonderful motivation. :)
