Did you enter to win the Tanita Body Composition scale yet HERE?
The way I've been eating, my body composition feels like crap. I missed the gym today...super tired! Hopefully the snow does not derail my running plan for tomorrow morning.
I need to develop a better after work routine than eating food and checking blogs/emails. Any suggestions?
Anyone else watching the bachelor? Does anyone else want to smack that crazy bitch Michelle?

I like to scrapbook or crochet while I watch TV so I don't eat. Sometimes I paint my nails or chew gum for the same reasons.
