I'm in awe today at how direspectful and rude some people can be to their own family members. Drama unfolded today with Kevin's brother & SIL who were visiting with their children. Pretty much they didn't want to pay their $15 share of chinese for lunch. This is after they have taken over Kevin's house, planned parties for their child's birthday without helping to pay for any of the food or helping organize & carry out the evening, and expected Kevin to babysit for an entire day while they drove to Vermont. They couldn't be bothered to say thank you for their gifs, for being allowed to stay there, or for not paying for dinners or other food. It all blew up when Kevin decided to stand up for himself and instead of apologizing and thanking him, they packed up their van & started the 10+ hour ride back to Virginia. ridiculous.
I've been good with tracking all day, even with the chinese late lunch. I managed a 30 min ride on the bike trainer watching superbad. I mapped out my 14 miler for tomorrow with S. I'm hoping the rain holds off, and my knee doesn't act up. Wish me luck!
Today I headed over to the weight watchers website. Haven't been there in a few. I have been avoiding pretty much since the switch to Points Plus. Today I decided I'm going to tackle it. Yikes, tension on day one of the new year. Good for him to try to stand up for himself- BOO for their reaction!

I can't stand it when people are rude, but his own family? That is ridiculous. I hope he stands up for himself more in the future and hopefully they will get the message!

I'm sorry you all went through that. They may have been really stressed traveling with their kids over the holidays. Or, they're senseless meanies. Not sure which, but I hope you feel better. :)
