I am itching for a new blog design... any ideas or suggestions on how to make updates are much appreciated!
I love the personal headers, signatures, and backgrounds some of you have. Any input on how I can liven things up over here is much appreciated!

Hi!! I used the FIRST training plan (www.wu.ece.ufl.edu/marathon%20training-first%20marathon.pdf). I didnt have the time to run 4-5 times a week plus I am prone to ITBS so I wanted to take a conservative route :)
In regards to your layout. I made my header and used a blogger template. There are people out there that will design a template for you - if you wanted to spend some $. Good luck!
