I usually use spinach, ...I love my green smoothies. I usually use spinach, banana (a must for me because it adds sweetness and it makes it more satiable), kiwi and skim milk/almond milk. LOVE IT!

I thought about doing a smoothie/fruit diet for a few days (2 or 3 days) to rid my system of all the gunk and junk too. Maybe I will do it after my half marathon.Christinahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06380933058410866261noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2714863914746717724.post-23292621233324608422012-02-26T15:43:25.097-05:002012-02-26T15:43:25.097-05:00I just might give this one a try too! Seems like everyone is blogging about smoothie detoxes or juice cleanses these days!Lisa Jhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02922353571818312472noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2714863914746717724.post-18522276658773663982012-02-26T10:32:36.779-05:002012-02-26T10:32:36.779-05:00I've never even tried green smoothies...I've never even tried green smoothies...Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03231464198799653331noreply@blogger.com
